Pathways Home Northeast
Safe Housing. Supported Recovery. Stronger Community.
A recovery home for women leaving incarceration or treatment, from The ZONE at Northeast Community Center.
WHY WERE HERE
Coming home shouldn't mean starting with nothing.
Women leaving prison or treatment often arrive with no housing, no income, and no safety net. Many are mothers working to reunite with their children. Pathways gives them a safe home, peer support, and a real path back to their families and community.
" Every woman who walks through our door deserves to be met with dignity and belief in her potential, to feel worthy & seen, and given the tools to build the life she envisions. "
